1. Introduction

Welcome to Barakah Farms ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services related to Qurbani bookings, goat ownership, and related agricultural services.

2. Qurbani Bookings

2.1 All Qurbani bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total animal cost.

2.2 The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before Eid ul Adha.

2.3 We reserve the right to substitute animals of equal or greater value if the originally booked animal becomes unavailable.

3. Live Animal Ownership

3.1 Virtual ownership includes 24/7 viewing access but does not include physical possession of the animal.

3.2 Ownership transfers are subject to Indonesian agricultural regulations.

3.3 We maintain full care and custody of all animals at our facility.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 While we take every precaution, we are not liable for natural events that may affect animal health including but not limited to disease, natural disasters, or acts of God.

4.2 Our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
